He is also the president of the independent record label, Mekka Records and the founder of the Southeast Music Alliance. He hosts the monthly SMAsh Radio podcast (available at SMAflorida.com and via iTunes) and produces concerts throughout Tampa Bay, including the critically-acclaimed "In the Raw" singer-songwriter series and the 2003 Southeast Music Conference (which drew a few industry people to St. Petersburg, FL).

I woke up to "Brand New Heart" playing in WMP this morning (well, afternoon if you want to get technical) and was humming it all day at work (over Eminem. That takes skills, congratulate me :D).
