My "influences" go like this: Music that is sung or played with heart, soul, and meaning....You're your own judge. Every song that has ever given me goosebumps. Every song that keeps me wanting to progress and keep making music. Every album that is so well written and put together that you listen to it three times a day for the first month you have it. (I do that a lot). That one note the singer hits in the song I always crank the volume on. The sad songs that are sung with so much heart and emotion, I can't stop listening to. Yet I almost always well up with tears every time I listen to them. The songs that make me feel so at peace inside, that I want to die in that moment. The songs that take me back to the moments in my life I love to remember. Every song that I've become so lost in, I felt like I left this world while I was listening to it.

Life experiences and emotional ties are the common thread experienced in the music and lyrics of Jordan Booth. The emotions and feelings connecting Jordans audience to his music are unparalleled. Jordans expressive voice is back-boned with power, yet can suddenly diminish into a soothing and sensitive whisper; everything about this 22-year-old illuminates his life-long love for music.
Launching his self produced debut EP with Vintage Records Caution is a showcase of the motivation and deeply driven effort Booth has as an artist. Starting guitar at the age of 12, and gleaning a passion from his familys roots in singing and performing, Jordan has gone places he never thought possible. Jordan has performed everywhere he could, guitar in hand traveling to Australia, Europe, and various U.S. States, from cafs to smoky bars, sharing the mere joy and talent he possesses, grabbing his audience, no matter who they are. This journey set out by determination and Jordans untiring work ethic is proof of Booths intention to join those musicians who have inspired this way of life for him, including bands/artists such as; David Gray, Marc Broussard, Ryan Adams, Dave Matthews Band, and more.
Nothing compares to being moved by a song Booth says, I remember that experience happening to me at a young age and it changed my life. Jordans music is not just of that on the surface but one that will reach deep within where you will face and experience those same emotions and feelings this musician feels. I just hope I can inspire people through music, the way so many artists have done for me.
Booth closes; Without music life would be a mistake.
