"This artist might belong to another time, either the 1970’s when experimentation, melody, and harmony were a given, or he might belong to a future of quality music that we are only just heading back around to.” – Bill Copeland - Music Press Sep 2008.
“It’s pretty obvious that Jordan is a student of legendary artists like The Beatles, Pink Floyd and Peter Gabriel. What sets him apart from the rest of the bands that use these same people as examples is that Jordan doesn’t mimic, he utilizes the essence of these artist and then elevates it to another level of musical excellence. ‘Spaceman’ is indeed one of the most inspiring indie recordings of 2008.” - Maurice Edwards - Evolution of Media Aug 2008
“If only all of us could transform our emotional issues into gold such as this!” – Progression Magazine Summer 2008
"Taking a cue from top sellers like Radiohead, Carp has made a modern pop-rock classic.” - 20th Century Guitar October 2008
"'Spaceman' leads listeners into a thick mix of psychedelic guitar rock and gorgeous harmonies. Imagine the Beach Boys re-recording Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon', and you'll get the idea." - Performing Songwriter November 2008

Hey Jordan, I wanted to thank you for showing me a lot of things I never knew about the guitar. A few more lessons probably would have done good things for me, but I'm happy with what I learned from our sessions. I'm still playing and writing when I can. I've got a long way to go, but who doesn't? It's just fun to hear where those six strings take my fingers sometimes. Sorry this such a late note. Hope everythings going well.
Hey thanks for the add! If you’re free come down and see the new ZEROPLANE line-up play together @ Phibbers Bar, Islington, on the 4th of October, 8pm, and Lark in the Park Sun 5th. Details are on our page. Hope all is well, Zeroplane.
