Jordan Munson is a Lecturer in Music and Arts Technology at Indiana University-Indianapolis (IUPUI) as well as an associate of the Donald Tavel Arts and Technology Research Center. He is a musician, composer, and multimedia artist whose work explores the boundaries of music's relationship to modern technology. His works for multimedia and percussion have been premiered at institutions such as the University of Kentucky, the University of Alaska at Fairbanks and the University of Tennessee at Martin. A graduate of the University of Kentucky's prestigious percussion studio (BM), he has expanded his performance repertoire to include experimental electronic work and has performed alongside artists such as Matmos and the Rempis Percussion Quartet. Often performing solo, mostly in the form of composed improvisation, he focuses on live experimental percussion and electronics. Munson also holds a Master’s degree from IUPUI (M.S.M.T.). He is working towards developing new performance-based projects for Internet2 and interactive electronics that will expand even farther the integration of technology and music.

yeah, living in new york.. recording synth with cobraconda and starting a thing with EMI called master falcon llc (licensing and production crew).. also playing bass with several groups, performing in subways, and drinking heavily, as usual.. good to see youre doin lots of shit, too.. i'm going back to colorado in january to play a string of west coast shows but its brooklyn that be my home now.. send me a line if you make it to the apple for whatever reason. peace, dog
