Jordan Reimer is an amazingly talented 17 year-old singer, songwriter, performer based in San Diego, CA. Her acoustic style and indie-pop songs are a breath of fresh air amongst the polluted music industry. Some say that after you have had the pleasure of listening to one of her songs, you feel as if you have just watched an entire movie or read a really good book. The reasoning is her visual and tantalizing plot driven lyrics.
Sometimes a voice so unique comes along, that it catches you completely by surprise and sucks you in, hook, line and sinker! Such is the case for the amazingly-talented, young singer-songwriter, Jordan Reimer. With tunes that run the sonic gamut, Jordan sounds most comfortable and charismatic when singing her fantastic, indie folk-styled songs. Fans of Jenny Lewis and The Watson Twins should definitely be on the lookout for Jordan. With style and grace that are far beyond her years, and a natural talent that hasn’t begun to near its apex— we are truly witnessing the launch of what’s destined to be a storied career! - www.myxer.com
Do you often find yourself worrying about the future of music? Wondering if this fastpaced drive through world will one day be devoid of glorious musical attributes such as: talent, truth & presence? Well, worry no longer. Jordan Reimer is the face of the future & it shines like a beacon through the smog. A voice which resonates true passion & eclectic beauty. Reminiscent of Joni Mitchell's approach to story telling & Jewel's ability to pull your heartstrings with only one note. Jordan pulls from such influences to deliver a freshly unique & original brand of Folk Pop which will leave you wanting for more...oh, yes & a little bit more twisted ;). - Birdee, Lead Vocalist Plastic Parachute

Hi Jordan.. Thanks for taking the time to listen! I realy enjoyed listening to your music, it..s so nice and soothing, I just love it!! My favorite tracks are "Black and white scribble" and "The jester and the fool", awesome songs... You have an amazing voice, so beautiful!! I hope you have a great weekend!! Have fun, Josh
Haha no problem! We haven't gotten too far as of now. It's mostly two of us (Geoffrey and I) who write the music, but we're always hesitant to say "Hey, let's do the one that I wrote" for some reason or another. I guess our big problem is lack of being assertive. Something to work on!
I really like your outlook on your career... You definitely got me thinking about it. It really isn't about how far you get publicity-wise, or how many people know your name. It's just doing what you love, whether you end up on a world tour or you never leave the house.
Thanks so much for your reply, you really did help me. =]
Amen to that. Thank you so much! That's one of the best compliments I've gotten in awhile-- I've always lived and loved to write reflectively and song-wise, and you don't know how special it makes me feel that you noticed!
Out of curiosity, how did you start getting big locally? A few friends and I started a band back in February, and after a... six-month-long hiatus we're trying to continue what we started. Do you have any tips on how we might be able to sit down and collectively find the inspiration to write some music? One of our big issues was our lack of focus, which we're practically pinky-promising not to lose this time around.
Thanks again for being the wonderful Jordan Reimer that you are!
Hey Jordan! I loved your performance at the Mira Mesa Street Fair yesterday! You are truly an inspirational and incredibly-talented artist, which is good enough in itself. BUT then you have to go and be cleverly charismatic and beautiful to boot. Thank you again for your show, and thank you so much for the hug =] I hope to see another one of your gigs sometime soon! You're the first local artist I've truly felt the need to see again.
I like your new song, the inevitable goodbye. I like the honesty in your voice and I take away from the song that we all, at one point or another, push away those who are the best for us in life from time to time. I am curious how the song would sound with the arrangement of 2 guitars though :)...you are a talented songwriter and I love the honesty and beauty in your songs, no matter how painful. Keep going one day at a time...:) good luck tonight
Your music/ show was very pretty and sad at Lestats tonight. I wish I could have introduced myself but at times being shy has its ugliness to it. FYI, I was the big guy in the green shirt. Thank you for the show, it was very heartfelt and your music is sincere...and your wit was wonderful as well :)
by the way...I did not see a CD for you in the back(front) or else I would have bought one. Do you have one out yet?
