But my all-time favorite authors for adults are Kurt Vonnegut, Frank McCourt, and a really brutal action.mystery novelist named James Lee Burke. In the young adult world, my idols are Paul Zindel (_The Pigman_) and Judy Blume. My favorite up-and-coming young adult novelists are the members of AS IF (Authors Supporting Intellectual Freedom). "gifted" lol so i was at Books-a-million and i couldnt find notes from the midnight rider or zen, they were out of stock. so they had to order it, i was bummed. im really excited to read your next books. they are unlike any other book i have read, they really teach you a lesson in life.
