I live in a very small town in Mississippi called Okolona... population 3800, no red light.
I blow out the candles on April 4th... 17 years old now. :)

My life has always been centered around singing... the rest just fell into place.
My first performance was at a church Christmas play when I was 5 years old. As I got older, I got into piano lessons, which led to learning the guitar, which most recently led to my parents buying me a mandolin for my graduation gift. Speaking of graduation, I took extra classes and graduated high school one year early. Soooo happy I did that :)
I wrote my first song in 4th grade... It's always fun to look back at it and remember that it started from that sheet of paper with the sloppy, little girl handwriting on it.
In the past few years, I have been blessed with the opportunity of opening concerts for Crystal Gayle, Ronnie McDowell, Jake Owen, Emerson Drive, and Loretta Lynn.
