JORN started his musical career as a member of the Copenhagen Boys' Choir and graduated in 1985 with an A-level in language and music.
He has written music and performed the title song for the TV drama "Alle elsker Debbie" and "Endelig blev det sommer", for the feature film "En afgrund af frihed".
In both films he played a leading role.
He performed the Danish version title songs for Walt Disney's "Beauty and the Beast", "American Dragon", "Weekenders" and "Freddy the Frog".
He has done background vocals live, in television shows and in recording studios for various artists. Among these : Anggun, Bombay Rockers, Overseas, One Two, Me and My, Zindy Lauersen, Stig Rossen, Karen, Det brune punktum, Nanna Mouskouri, Johnny Logan and Mariah Carey ect.
In 1996 he released his debut solo album : JORN - Loosen Up, consisting of 14 soulful tracks, a nice blend of groovy and melodic songs, where he also co-produced.
Thereafter he produced the debut album "Better get some dreams" for the singer Sanne Graulund.
He is frequently used for making vocal arrangentments, for among others - jesper Winge Leisner, Soulpoets, Zyberbird, WCA ect..
These days he is working on a project with the producer team WCA and Saqib Hassan.
+ writting songs for publishing with Jimmy Anthony and Elton Theander (Sohio).
