Jo's love for music began at a very young age. Since he was a teenager he composed songs. His music always reflect his love for the Lord Jesus. Several songs are known and have been recorded in his homeland Brazil, the USA and Belgium. ---------- The CD release 'Meditation of my heart - Psalms of healing' displays his gift for writing music that vividly illustrates the amazing grace and love of God. Jo desires that his music moves people toward a deeper relationship with the Savior and Lord Jesus Christ and that believers draw near to God's heart. ---------------- The contemporary Christian music CD 'Meditation of my heart - Psalms of healing' features a variety of 15 English and Portuguese songs based upon the book of Psalms. The project was inspired by his beloved son Steven, who passed away at the age of 3 in 2005 after a 5 months battle against leukemia. All the songs proclaim the unfailing love, faithfulness and unchangeable character of the Lord.
