Ioannis Selimas and Peter Cazley make up the production duo known as Josel & Pedro. Originally working on several productions individually, they combined their unique sounds in what has become a partnership of quality.
Even though they have been friends since their early university years, they established their music production collaboration in 2004, resulting in their first release on the prestigious Acute Recordings in 2005. Then, followed releases on the Avalanche of Sound CD series, on the outstanding Toes In The Sand, and on the highly diverse The Sessions Recordings.
Apart from their solo projects, they released a 10-track digital album through Luca Ricci's Aenaria Recordings, in January 2007, which contains music composed over the previous 3 years. 2007 also saw them make their debut on Lake Effect Recordings, and TKC Music, headed by the highly acclaimed That Kid Chris (Chris Staropoli).
They appear on Mestiza Records in 2008 with their classic track "Dark Lights" finally seeing the light-of-day, and brought up-to-date with some excellent remixes from Argentinian producers Bs As Deep, plus Nicolás Coronel & Juan Pablo Graziano.
"Sapphire" is their first release on Polytechnic Recordings, USA, in 2009. This includes huge remixes from Logiztik Sounds (Uruguay) & Maurico Duarte (Paraguay), Python (Russian Federation), and Yura Popov (Russian Federation).
