Age 14 started playing Bass. Early Rock band in H.S. CrossFire at Hanau American High School, Hanau Germany. After H.S. I played bass for a German Rock band "Stampede." Record one self titled vinyl LP in 1980. Moved back to the States in 1983 and went to college. Got my BA in General Music studies at Southern Utah State College. Decided to get Masters degree in Classical Guitar Performance and Pedagogy (teaching) at Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ. in 2005 I earned my Doctorate degree in Classical Guitar Performance at ASU. This year I started song writing again, with the help of Logic Pro 7. I hope to be writing more and more. My first project is to write a bunch of songs about my kids.
Hey Joey, long time now see you.I was in March in Arizona and spend a Night in Flaggstaff. I had no Adress from You, so I cant visit You. I enjoy my sixties Birthday on March 31. 09 on the Grand Canyon (South Rim). It was a great, great View. When I came home from my US-Trip, my Band made a nice Birthday-Concert for me. A lot of Friends came to the Concert, to sing for me. In the second Part of the Show we had a String-Ensemble ( The Bayreuther Kammersymphoniker)playing with the Band. It was awsome. The Highlight of the Concert was a thirty-Minute Acoustic Show from my 16 Year old Grandchild Pierre. He is on the Way to be a great Singer and Guitarplayer. I was a proud Grandpa.
