"Law & Order" and its countless offshoots make my world go 'round.... and the Food Network.... swoon. Oh yeah, and "GhostHunters," "Ghost Adventures" and "Paranormal State"... I loves me some ghosties! (Except when I get skeered and pee on myself.) And then there's the Travel Channel: "Bizarre Foods" and "No Reservations." I watch too much television... this is true.
Books
I consume a lot of government/politics related books but am a growing fan of regional fiction and Deep South non-fiction.
Heroes
Bill Clinton, my 'rents and grandparents, Jimmy Carter, essentially anyone trying to change the world for the better as opposed to profiting from it.
About me: Maybe I should update this rot once in a while, no? Anyhow, I nuked the Capital City Free Press, the online magazine I've published since Aug. 1, 2001. It's difficult to get support from people unless you're giving them a handout or kissing their ass... and I don't do either. Off the record, we're already laying the groundwork for a new publication, possibly with a more state-wide appeal and focusing solely on commentary, issues, opinion, and general hell-raising.
Who I'd like to meet: People with depth, personality and a lack of drama. Politically active folks, writers, artists and people who share my passion for Southern Comfort, college football and "Jesus Christ Superstar." ;)

Today was eventful, Ive been hitting up every college and/or University that I could think of. You'd be surprised how many don't offer political science... Currently, the front runner is NYU for a major in International Relations, a minor in International Law...
