About me: I am Josh Charlton. There is no other. This is only a brief dossier because I'm not dead and don't feel that a complete biography is yet warranted. I was born in Gulfport, MS . I grew up in Long Beach, MS (a part of the Mississippi Gulf Coast). It is a disenfranchised, lower-to-middle class neighborhood. I never allowed myself to be a negative product of that environment. I used it as a source of inspiration to challenge myself. I began college in August of 1994, balancing school and work seven days a week. Around this time I started thinking about technology as a career opportunity. I have a huge appetite for technology. I wanted to express my knowledge in technology, to push my own boundaries and see which part of my life would be eventually motivated by it. I wanted to do all of this in a positive way. Despite the many facets of this industry, I felt I could ultimately bring an enigmatic quality to it. I decided that if my instinct continued to push me toward the reality of this, and the dissatisfaction with my education continued, I would seize the opportunity on my own. I began my research that month, making my decision absolute in 2001. In 2003 I completed all my accreditations CCNA, A+ and began a continuative every year online education. I have been an IT Professional since 2003; I have been a FED, a Common place, and a professional. I have been in more environments than the higher paid 2% IT professionals see in their lifetime.
