I was once told that I wrote "beatnick showtunes." I'm still trying to figure out what that means.

Josh has been singing and writing songs since his first major band "Ralph" back in high school. In March of 2004 he released his first album "Bridges and Tunnels" and followed it with a treck arcross country playing in bars, cafes, clubs, subways, festivals, street corners and shopping malls. Pretty much anywhere there was a venue for his music, Josh would play. Following the release he moved into New York and began work on his next album, now titled Scenes From A Bathroom Window. The album was released at the begginning of March and he followed it with a tour of the east coast. Currently Josh is playing throughout New York and planning another tour starting in October.

As for work Im still workin at the same ole, same ole, but im also making some extra money taking these surveys things online; you should give em a try; i mean, hey, the extra money comes in handy, right? i guess you'll have to type the link into internet explorer or whatever, but here it is:

an epic .. thoughts of andrea.. but thinking of October is coming out my fav so far lol.. I'm ficklle matey, the best melody I feel, very acoustic moods in context, gentle folk at it's best!
the sister and song of silence.. just heard a few times.. this is your best album by far.. very strong and I love the over-lapped vocals, nice gentle lead guitar bits.. works well bud.
all going on my mp3 player .. lol
my new track (well, my last one I recorded) "The Truth Shall Set You Free" is getting some good comments and critiques so hopefully record it fully soon.
Thoughts On Andrea.. more of a sullenesk one, but Leonard Cohen would love it .. great clean vocals too.. really getting s good crisp sound on your vocs..
very "you".. love the vocals bud, the lyrics made me chuckle, written with good spirit, maybe after a few beers? lol quite clever writing.. a mix of intelligence and contemporability, the music is light and clean, good rhythm and the song is nothing without you singing it.. dylanesk of course, but utterly drenched in Josh, an excellent one my American chum! I'll comment on the other over the next few days..
hope people love your album Josh.. you have worked hard I know.. congrats Sara who did the artwork.. different, loved the "worst for wear" pic of you! lol
