Favors has attended Illinois State University, Arizona State University, University of Colorado-Boulder, and Michigan State University to pursue a degree in Jazz Studies. He has performed at Birdland, Suntory Hall, Orchard Hall, Jones Hall, The Surf Ballroom, The Hummingbird Center, Place Des Arts, the Alabama Theater, the International Trombone Association's Annual Conference, and numerous jazz festivals worldwide. Joshua performed two year-long international tours (US, Canada, Japan) as second trombone with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and is performing on various cruise ships for Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Celebrity, Regent and Azamara Cruise Lines. I went out with My'ron last time he was here, we went to Poplar. Yeah, I'm trying to make some moves with the music this year. We shot a video a couple days ago and had a song on the radio in St. Louis, MO. I'm just steady on the grind waiting to blow!

What's up? How are you? Your probably don't remember me. I remember you from when I was younger, you used to hang out with my cousin My'ron McGee at their house.
What's up man? I don't know how many days it has been since the sun was out here. Not much is going on here and I had a nice layer of frost on my car this morning. I swear if I hear another person say the cold weather makes you appreciate the seasons I'm going to go (deez) nuts.
