As of right now, I'm solo. Just a boy n' his ol' six-string. This doesn't mean, however, that I am opposed to a band. I just haven't found them yet, but until that time comes I'm just gonna keep trying to rock out with what I got.
What can I say? I'm just a guy who loves music even if I don't always understand it. I feel like there's a collective vibration that encompasses us all and the most effective way for me to join with that vibration is through my art. Music is the "me" that the rest of me can't explain. When my mind can truly concentrate on what it's thinking or what I'm feeling, then a song is born. Some songs are simply written to characterize a specific emotion in it's most untainted form, while others are written very literally about what I'm going through. Some songs are written to convey a message, while others are a cry for answers. "This life ain't nothin' without change" and so my music changes with the seasons of my life. My hope is to, perhaps, say what others might be feeling in a way they don't know how. I have my meanings for the lyrics I sing, but I pray that those who listen will find their own meanings and we can all share in the beautiful reality that we are all human beings.
Love is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled.
Hopefully we can all find a spark to set this life ablaze.
that's great to hear, man! about the music anyway; shame about the staff. I thought of that 'cause I recently decided I'd like to carve one myself... though I haven't decided if I want one for fighting or wizardry... or even what blessings I want bestowed upon it. heh! but that's gotta wait until I move a little westward myself; done with school, so now that's my main objective. from there, objective: adventure. but hey, let me know if you're ever playin' back over here; good to hear from ya. 'til then, take the high road!

Just wanted to let you know that I can't stop listening to your music. Every time I'm at the library shelving books your CD is playing on my iPod. I want more, more, more of this musical awesomeness! I'm even going to play "In the Morning" at my wedding reception! That's how much I love that song and all your music. Keep your head up and your pen to the paper.
