We were able to secure a better deal with the Hilton Hotel and we'll be signing a contract on Monday. We have secured Friday, October 30, 7pm -11 pm/ The next step is for us to host a meeting to convey/gather intormation. Although several individuals sent us there contact info, we are still in need of more names
We anticipate ticket prices being approximately $50+. The countdown will begin and the final ticket price will be reported as soon as the contract is signed. Monies will be due soon after the contract signing, and no later than the last day in August

I trust all is well in your lives. As a team of us seek to organize and execute a successful class reunion, it is our hope to begin this process by collecting demographic information on individuals interested in attending a reunion at some point in October of 2009 (more than likely on a Friday evening).
We are in the final stages of negotiating a contract with a five star venue and anticipate ticket prices being approximately $50+. The countdown will begin and the name and location of the venue along with a final ticket price will be reported as soon as the contract is signed. Monies will be due soon after the contract signing, and no later than the last day in August which gives us all about 9-10 weeks to pay for a ticket.
In order to inform the venue of the amount of food, beverages, and space we'll need in addition to keeping everyone posted on the progress of the reunion, we are in need of your contact information.
