Hi my names rosie, rose, jones, roz, rozamundo. I think i have other names but i don't wanna mention them lol. i'm just a normal sixteen year old girl. well i'm not but hey ho we won't go into all that! i just plod along this thing called life. you know what, i think life is kinda like a train. going along, stopping, lettin people climb on and get off. just one big train ride with no destination. some people get off before they should do, but thats just how the schedule goes. really, theres no reason why we're all on the train, we just are. sixteen years ago, i nearly got chucked off the train as soon as i got on it. but, i'm still here, and you better stick around coz you know what, this is gonna be the wildest train ride you will ever see!
You will never forget your journey. Nearly everyone gets off with regrets. Opportunities missed, things you never get round to doin. I made a promise to myself not to regret anything. I just ride.
People are a major part of your journey. Lots come and go. most you forget. then theres the small thing of love. love is what essentially powers the train. It can make you want to ride the train forever. sometimes it makes you want to jump off the train. i reckon i've been in love. just once mind. truthfully i think i still am in love. because it never leaves you. People would say I'm too young to be in love but i totally disagree. When you're in love, you feel it in the pit of your stomach. Then you come to the point where you share your train journey with somebody else. the magical time when you're loved back by the person you love the most in the world. Then there's friendships. ones you just know that'll last a lifetime. People you can see ringing you up in 60 years. someone who you click with straight away. I love it when that happens.
so what i'm trying to tell you, in a round about way, is that every train journey is different. take me, for example, i didn't have the greatest of starts but i know that my journey will be an unforgettable one. now look at your journey, will you get off with regrets? don't come to your stop with hundreds of what ifs. after all, no one knows what happens when you step on the platform.
5 strange things that I love
1. I absolutely love watching the rain. On an evening, if it's raining, i just grab my ipod and just sit on my window sill, watching the rain. Theres something really calming about it. In summer, i sit on my window sill, open my window as far as it will go and just stare at the stars. I believe that there is someone, somewhere who is looking at the same star as you are, your soul-mate. someday i hope to meet him, but for now, we have the stars.
2. thinking-Most nights, when i go to bed, i just lie awake, just thinking of stuff. I love just getting lost in my own world, not caring what people are thinking about me. I think about everything and anything.
3. One thing that i dont think i could live without is photos. Its because in most cases they are much more than an image, its a memory. one picture can spark off so many feelings. for example, i have a picture of a beach in my room from our last holiday. Yeh it's a nice photo, but its so much more than that. it reminds me of the late night chats i had with Lien, the smell of the BBQ on an evening, the taste of the cocktails, the sound of laughter, the feeling of not being able to be happier. All down to one picture.
4. I have about 700 songs on my ipod but truthfully, i just listen to 'the list'. this is a group of about 50 songs that remind me of someone or something. every single song on the playlist triggers off a memory. whenever i'm sad, or i'm in a thinking mood, i slap on 'the list' and it just immediately makes me feel so much better. You never know, i might have a song on there about you!
5. Lastly, a stupid one that no one really knows about, i absolutely love Pyjamas! for me, they have to go down in one of the best inventions ever. i'm never comfy unless ive got my pjs on. i can't think without em!

Friends
Well, what can I say, throughout my life I've had many friends. I consider myself to be very lucky because I know for a fact that a lot of them will be my friends for life. And each friend has a different personality and affects my life in their own way. Some are quiet, some are funny, some are out-spoken, some believe in themselves, and honestly, some are plain fruit-s! But I love them all. And what is so special about them is that they accept me. They see me for who I am, not what I am and I just really appreciate them for that. I don't think I've told them all that, but I'm saying it now, thanks!
School
Ok, I know this is stupid, but, if I'm really honest, I like school. Currently i'm doing my AS levels which are really enjoyable but as hard as hell! I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before but my favourite subject is english. I absolutely love writing. It just feels like I become alive when i put pen to paper (or in my case, err, finger to keyboard). It's something I want to do for life. I know this sounds weird but i just feel like i'm meant 2 do something that expresses my views and opinions and i think writing is the way i'm meant to do it. i also do french and drama. dramas mint because its a small class and we can have a laugh. we're also doing an end of year play and i should be doing set design which should be very cool. French is very hard but really good. My head is full of french grammer!
