BOOKING INFORMATION:
LOCAL BANDS
If you are a local band (this means from the Madison metro area, not Milwaukee, not Chicago, not Minneapolis, etc) with a proven track record of drawing in an all ages environment, we encourage you to email us about our "live & local showcases" This is the only way you can get a foot in the door and be considered as an opener for a national tour.
REGIONAL BANDS
If you are a regional band, it is impossible for us to book you with our overhead unless we have seen an INCREDIBLY high, UNSOLICITED demand from our customers. In this situation, we will most likely reach out to you. If I seem blunt, that is because we want to be real with you and not send you on a goose chase. There are plenty of smaller venues and promoters in Madison and Milwaukee to accommodate your request.
NATIONAL BANDS
If you are a national band, please have your agent or management contact us. Please note that we generally only accept booking requests for Friday through Sunday dates.
BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
We used to be a small all ages venue across from Camp Randall Stadium in downtown Madison, WI. There, we booked and promoted all ages concerts. We have had the pleasure of throwing shows with bands like Bayside, The Rocket Summer, Chiodos, Silverstein, The Spill Canvas, A Change of Pace, Secondhand Serenade, Cute Is What We Aim For, My American Heart, Punchline, Houston Calls, The Matches, Meg & Dia, and many more (check our influences section). Now, that property is expected to be torn down and turned into four stories of condos. The Journey Music still lives on, however, and now The Journey Music is EVERYTHING music. We are a promotion company, booking agency, management company, and with our partners a record label. Our goal is to continue growing in 2009, check back often for updates!
