Cream, esp. Jack Bruce's writing with Pete Brown; the Beatles; Supertramp; ELO; Zep!; and the long trail of German composers from the mid-baroque through to Mahler and Strauss. Also Hendrix, the Bonzo Dog (doo-dah) Band, the Allmans, and pretty much everybody else I've ever heard.
