About me: I am living in South Florida after having escaped the icy cold clutches of New England (into the warm wet embrace of the hurricanes?). Anyways, have spent time in a lot of areas around the country, notably Colorado, Arizona, Washington, Vermont, and Lake Tahoe (for 3 years). I enjoy the outdoors, as well as sitting around with friends and bottles of red wine, just a regular veggie left wing kinda guy. I am married and we have two kids that no longer live with us, one of whom just joined the Marines. I am entertaining myself by learning how to surf, how to sing, and how to slog through the swamplands here in Florida.

You know the people that say utopia isn't possible have already given up. Living sustainably in balance with our environment and food sources will bring us the freedom to live in harmony, and provide the opportunity for all to excel in their efforts, dreams and life path. Utopia is not only possible but it is the very essence that should guide our dreams and vision for ourselves and with each other. It is the horizon we should all strive for everyone and every nation. Anything short of that will lead us astray.
