Joyanne is a multi talented singer songwriter hailing from welchman hall, barbados. After relocating, Joyanne has split her time between NYC and Montreal , Canada. Joyanne prides herself on being an individual in a music industry that has seen alot of the same in recent years. With a wide range styles Joyanne is comfortable in many musical situations, whether it be hip/hop,pop, r&b, reggae, or dance-hall.Her love for all types of music keeps her ear fresh and focused on creative and inspirational ideas, while allowing her to collaborate with artists from any genre. Her collaborations in 2009 contributed to a big local single/video in montreal entitled "What U Wanna Do", which many of her fans have dubbed "a gold hit". She continues to collaborate with talented local artists/producers and studios around Montreal, producers Knetic,Uness,Da Bridge,Red Rhino and House of Elliot Studios. Joyanne is focused on maintaing and producing great music, and is working hard to release a slew of new solo singles and collaborations in 2010.
