    I am a writer, poet and editor. I am editor for an online publication called The Cartier Street Review. Since I came on board we have made many changes and are now including art and reviews. I edit books and write for Augustus Publishing. I have a short story published in an anthology of female writers, "Lipstick Diaries." InSLR (street lit review) by Augustus, I maintain the poetry page and edit and write for the mag. Reading, writing, movies, and chatting. Rescuing cats; babies and grown and then finding them forever homes. I love my apple computer - I have a 20 inch G5 and it is soo cool. I can't imagine ever being without it. ..Myspace Layouts

  • Music

    Blues, Rock and Roll and Jazz are my fav types of music. I love Luther Allison, Eric Clapton, Albert King, Buddy Guy, and Bob Marley is one of my heros. Bob was a poet, a man of power and imagination. I also can't help it that he was also a misogynist or that I love him.

  • Movies

    American Beauty, Smoke Signals, Blue Velvet, Pulp Fiction, The Ice Storm, The Usual Suspects, Good Fellows, Heat, The Big Chill, True Romance

  • Television

    Six Feet Under, Deadwood, Carnival, Veronica Mars, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I like Desperate Housewives and the acting is very good. Don't forget about Las Vegas CSI - it's very cool. new ones I like include: Breaking Bad, True Blood, Fringe and the Dollhouse.

  • Books

    Literary wonders and mystery books; Lost In A Good Book by Jaspor Fforde is a recent must read and on the level of Catch 22. When looking for printers, I was sent a sample book by Elizabeth Benedict who I had never heard of before. Her writing is very insightful and quirky; her characters all are psychologically based which impressed me as a social worker.

  • Heroes

    Paul Newman, Bob Marley, Bonnie Raitt, and Mark Green. Sites like raintiger.com which is open to new people and styles.

I've been writing all my life. Writing is like breathing; I need it to stay alive and survive. I've been on the New York City writing scene since the early 90's with a short hiatus. After returning to the New York City poetry scene, I began featuring on radio and TV shows and at venues throughout the city.
