This is the latest testimony of a patient/client I am now working with. I feel so blessed by hearing the recovery people are making. As they take part in their healing process, healing occurs at all levels. what a blessing...
April 30th,2008
I feel that I have a testimony and need to share this. I was involved in an auto accident on August 13, 2004, suffered a soft tissue injury, that left me in constant pain. I went through two physical therapists from September, 2004 through April 2007, just to be told that I would have to learn how to tolerate the pain that I suffered. I also visited an Orthopedist who also said that he had done all that he could for me and even stated that he had done more for me than any other patient he had. I also tried a cortisone shot that left me in more pain than I was already experiencing. Finally, he recommended that I see an acupuncture doctor. There was no way that I would even consider seeing an acupuncture doctor. After 6 months of pain without therapy, I was willing to try anything. I just could not believe that sticking needles into a person's body (accupuncture) would actually make them feel better. After my initial accupuncture visit, I did not think that I would return, but I started feeling a little relief and was told by the therapist and a few friends that I should try it again. Well, I have to admit, I have not felt this good since prior to my accident. I don't have the restrictions in the movement of my arm, neck and shoulder as I had for the last 3 1/2 years. I feel much better, now that the pain is minimized. I now recommend acupuncture to many and look forward to my weekly visits. In addition, my co-workers and friends all feel that my attitude has improved since I've been taking acupuncture, and not in as much pain. I thank God that he put Dr. Myers in my life.

I will be adding many names to this list from time to time.
If you would like to be added to this list or taken from this list, please let me know.
In a way, we are to all be on this list. the only difference is when consciousness comes to light in a person and begins to walk their path of compassion, peace, and love of the authentic true self of being.
Hahaha! I thought this was funny but true:))
Here's more. A personality test:))
Your Keirsey Temperament Sorter Results indicates that your personality type is that of the
All Idealists (NFs) share the following core characteristics:
* Idealists pride themselves on being loving, kindhearted, and authentic.
* Idealists are enthusiastic, they trust their intuition, yearn for romance, seek their
true self, prize meaningful relationships, and dream of attaining wisdom.
* Idealists tend to be giving, trusting, spiritual, and they are focused on personal
journeys and human potentials.
* Idealists make intense mates, nurturing parents, and inspirational leaders.
Idealists, as a temperament, are passionately concerned with personal growth and development. Idealists strive to discover who they are and how they can become their best possible self -- always this quest for self-knowledge and self-improvement drives their imagination. And they want to help others make the journey. Idealists are naturally drawn to working with people, and whether in education or counseling, in social services or personnel work, in journalism or the ministry, they are gifted at helping others find their way in life, often inspiring them to grow as individuals and to fulfill their potentials.
Idealists are sure that friendly cooperation is the best way for people to achieve their goals. Conflict and confrontation upset them because they seem to put up angry barriers between people. Idealists dream of creating harmonious, even caring personal relations, and they have a unique talent for helping people get along with each other and work together for the good of all. Such interpersonal harmony might be a romantic ideal, but then Idealists are incurable romantics who prefer to focus on what might be, rather than what is. The real, practical world is only a starting place for Idealists; they believe that life is filled with possibilities waiting to be realized, rich with meanings calling out to be understood. This idea of a mystical or spiritual dimension to life, the "not visible" or the "not yet" that can only be known through intuition or by a leap of faith, is far more important to Idealists than the world of material things.
Highly ethical in their actions, Idealists hold themselves to a strict standard of personal integrity. They must be true to themselves and to others, and they can be quite hard on themselves when they are dishonest, or when they are false or insincere. More often, however, Idealists are the very soul of kindness. Particularly in their personal relationships, Idealists are without question filled with love and good will. They believe in giving of themselves to help others; they cherish a few warm, sensitive friendships; they strive for a special rapport with their children; and in marriage they wish to find a "soulmate," someone with whom they can bond emotionally and spiritually, sharing their deepest feelings and their complex inner worlds.
Idealists are relatively rare, making up no more than 15 to 20 percent of the population. But their ability to inspire people with their enthusiasm and their idealism has given them influence far beyond their numbers.

animation of an atom. this is similar to what i saw in april/2008 when i woke up in my living room(from sleeping on the couch) and viewing this with my physical eyes, except it was around three feet large in diameter and near the ceiling, suspended in air, reddish pink center and the electronic rings/orbits were much thicker, bluegreenish and besides rotating in their orbit, they also pulsated left to right then back left again at the same time. it was soooo much more alive and electrical than the animation here depicts! incredible stuff. spirit said, I was being allowed to view energy that I had formed of my consciousness that was getting ready to move into physical existence. It was a VERY shocking and amazing experience and i could do nothing but look in shock with the biggest eyes as yes, my physical eyes were very open along 'with' my third eye and yes, I was scared as it was so powerful, i knew it could take a person out easily, especially a physical body, and and no, i do not take drugs of any kind:))I consider it a blessing to be able to experience this part of the creation process of life.

This is like a ‘credence’ to living. Once you begin to awaken, this is how it is more and more.
Very beautiful…
was given to me by my spiritual teacher a few years back, and cherished as one of the best writings on surrendering.
The Awakening....
A time comes in your life when you finally get it...when, in the midst of all your fears and insanity, you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out...ENOUGH! Enough fighting and crying and blaming and struggling to hold on.
Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears and begin to look at the world through new eyes.
This is your awakening.
You realize it's time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to magically appear over the next horizon.
You realize that in the real world there aren't always fairy tale endings, and that any guarantee of "happily ever after" must begin with you... and in the process a sense of serenity is born of acceptance.
You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are... and that's OK. They are entitled to their own views and opinions.
You learn the importance of loving and championing yourself... and in the process a sense of new found confidence is born of self-approval.
You stop complaining and blaming other people for the things they did to you - or didn't do for you - and you learn that the only thing you can really count on is the unexpected.
You learn that people don't always say what they mean or mean what they say and that not everyone will always be there for you and that everything isn't always about you.
So, you learn to stand on your own and to take care of yourself... and in the process a sense of safety and security is born of self-reliance.
You stop judging and pointing fingers and you begin to accept people as they are and to overlook their shortcomings and human frailties... and in the process a sense of peace and contentment is born of forgiveness.
You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. You begin reassessing and redefining who you are and what you really stand for.
You learn the difference between wanting and needing and you begin to discard the doctrines and values you've outgrown, or should never have bought into to begin with.
You learn that there is power and glory in creating and contributing and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a "consumer" looking for your next fix.
You learn that principles such as honesty and integrity are not the outdated ideals of a bygone era, but the mortar that holds together the foundation upon which you must build a life.
You learn that you don't know everything, it's not your job to save the world and that you can't teach a pig to sing. You learn that the only cross to bear is the one you choose to carry and that martyrs get burned at the stake.
Then you learn about love. You learn to look at relationships as they really are and not as you would have them be. You learn that alone does not mean lonely.
You stop trying to control people, situations and outcomes. You learn to distinguish between guilt and responsibility and the importance of setting boundaries and learning to say NO.
You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs.
You learn that your body really is your temple. You begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin to eat a balanced diet, drink more water, and take more time to exercise.
You learn that being tired fuels doubt, fear, and uncertainty and so you take more time to rest. And, just as food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul. So you take more time to laugh and to play.
You learn that, for the most part, you get in life what you believe you deserve, and that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for and that wishing for something to happen is different than working toward making it happen.
More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success you need direction, discipline and perseverance. You also learn that no one can do it all alone, and that it's OK to risk asking for help.
You learn the only thing you must truly fear is fear itself. You learn to step right into and through your fears because you know that whatever happens you can handle it and to give in to fear is to give away the right to live life on your own terms.
You learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom.
You learn that life isn't always fair, you don't always get what you think you deserve and that sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting, good people... and you learn not to always take it personally.
You learn that nobody's punishing you and everything isn't always somebody's fault. It's just life happening. You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges instead of walls.
You learn that negative feelings such as anger, envy and resentment must be understood and redirected or they will suffocate the life out of you and poison the universe that surrounds you.
You learn to be thankful and to take comfort in many of the simple things we take for granted, things that millions of people upon the earth can only dream about: a full refrigerator, clean running water, a soft warm bed, a long hot shower.
Then, you begin to take responsibility for yourself by yourself and you make yourself a promise to never betray yourself and to never, ever settle for less than your heart's desire.
You make it a point to keep smiling, to keep trusting, and to stay open to every wonderful possibility.
You hang a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind.
You understand that nobody can love as you do or give themselves as you do
Just because you are You…
Finally, with courage in your heart, you take a stand, you take a deep breath, and you begin to design the life you want to live as best you can.

The Jesusita Fire in Santa Barbara, CA last week caused these two to take shelter together. The fawn is 3 days old and the bobcat about 3 weeks. The fawn came from somewhere in the fire and the bobcat from Carpenteria. They immediately bonded and snuggled together under a desk in the Santa Barbara County Dispatch Office for several hours.

As we become conscious, we're learning, to separate ourselves from the behaviour of others. And were learning to take responsibility for our healing, regardless of the people around us. Just as we may have believed that we're unlovable, we can become skilled at practicing the belief that we are lovable. This new belief will improve the quality of our relationships. It will improve our most important relationships: our relationships with our self. We will be able to let others love us and become open to the love and friendship we deserve.

+ Donate something of value to a shelter
+ Donate time and/or money to a non-profit that helps others

+ Run erands for an elderly or shut-in neighbor
+ Cut your neighbor's lawn or clear snow from their walk
+ When crossing a border where there is a fixed-cost toll, pay for the vehicle behind you* (ask for the receipt if you want to be certain the toll is paid)
+ Call a family member you haven't spoken to in a long time -- forget the "why" and work to get the relationship back on track
+ Plant a garden/tree/plant in your neighborhood
+ Volunteer at a school in your community
