Spirit Fest Paranormal Convention's Interests
|
| General | This year's convention will be held at the Beach, south side of Joplin, MO. The campground convention will include a gathering of local area paranormal investigating groups, speakers, presentations, swimming, camping, bands, and a lot of fun. Bring your camping gear, a tent, and your own beer!
Cover charge is $7 per person or $12 per person for overnight. That is for everyone that is coming. JPRS is even paying the cover.

Special Speaker
Speaker Gore Girl will be discussing Celluloid Spirits and some of her exploits. She will be discussing paranormal in film and talk about places shes been because of the shows such as Waverly Hills in Louisville Kentucky. She's also had the pleasure of becoming friends with people like John Zaffis and those crazy cats at Ghostly Talk so she will be sharing lots of interesting tales from being thrown head first into the paranormal community thanks to being a personality on a paranormal radio show.

At the Beach you can find arrowheads by the 1000's. There is a handmade cave next to where we find most of them. Indians have lived in this area for 1000's of years and this is calculated by the age of the arrowheads that have been found and dated by experts.
It it believed that the top of the cliff where the apartments were built was an indian burial area but has yet to be confirmed.
There have been complaints of activity from several tenants.
There were many pictures taken on the campground close to the cave and the results were many orbs. Very few if any were noticed anywhere else on the grounds.
Phil the owner of the grounds was standing next to the creek when he felt someone/something put their hands on his shoulders one night yet there was nobody there.
