I love cars, really really fast cars. I have been working on cars for near 6 years in my downtime. I love wrenching under my hood. I currently have a 94 Honda Accord with a JDM H22A DOHC VTEC power plant turning out a little over 200 horsepower. may not seem like much but it will get me down the 1/4 mile in under 15 seconds. I plane soon on dropping my H22 in a 2000 Civic EX chassis and getting back in to Autocross circuits and hopefully SCCA or NASA series racing. I also want to start a 240sx to silvia spec converstion some time in the future.Music

Well as these are suppose to go, My name is Jeremiah Quintero. My birth state is Arizona and my Background is of hispanic decent. I now live in Alabama, I know WHAT!! but its actually quiet nice here, I live in Huntsville which is an easy 2 hour drive to Nashville, Birmingham and 3 to Atlanta. The closest place from phoenix was Las Vegas which was 7 hrs away, but who can afford to go there regularly. Once you get past all the bull shit laws in this still in the 1940's state its an awsome and beautiful place to raise kids. I came here to be with my son, Aidan Thomas Quintero and in the process meet my Girlfriend and Best friend Tiffany Peel. She was raised here but came from Louisiana. We have been together almost 2 years now and we are expecting our first child, Kelsey Harlow Quintero in June(same month the new transformers movie comes out, ha ha call me a geek, its cool) She finishes nursing school this semester. Lets just hope she holds the baby in till graduation is over. I love food, wine, cars, and music the most next to my family. I have been cooking for about 9 years now. 8 of which were professional cooking jobs. Due to rough times i just have to work some where my family can come first. And in a Dedicated restaurant the kitchen comes first, and thats not in the books for me right now, but soon i will be working my way back up the ladder to be a chef of my own kitchen again.
