Just got to thinkin', I ain't made a mess outta nothin' in quite a few days. My natur'l inclination is to get on with worryin' 'bout things that are round' that darned blasted corner. I tell you what though, if'n we's all charge that fearful corner t'gether, maybe there won't be nothin' over there but a sidewalk full of truth and promise.

Ya'll take care now.

Hello,

I just wanted to say thank you for taking interest in Key west Ink. We have been in a ongoing battel with the city of Key West. There are a couple of city commissioners that do not want tattoos here, simply because they do not want them here and other reasons that will be left to the courtroom. Basically the FLORIDA LAW SAY THAT WE CAN OPEN. There is a CITY ORDINANCE that says we CANNOT.wich is technically wrong because a city cannot contradict the state. The aclu has fought this elsewhere and other judges have ruled throughout the country in favour of tattoo establishments opening in even the most conservative place. So I just have a favor to ask of you. I am not expecting any help but if you would please come to our site and leave some good feedback or post a bulletin expressing what you feel about Key West Ink being allowed to open in Key West Florida. Let all your friends know to come see me on myspace or come to www.keywestink.com all your support is helpfull. Thank you so much. I hope that we meet soon. And remember the constitution is there to protect our freedom of speech and if world famous museums recognize and have their own displays of tattooing as art then why is it that a couple commissioners are allowed to hold up a legitimate business from opening. Our case goes to the judge in the next day or two and all your comments would be great. Once again thank you so much for your continued support of tattooing and Key West Ink.

Thanks,

James Jr.

Yessir it's time for that good ol' tyme slang slappin. Been a long while this week I been thinkin bout' the harder things. Truth is, when you stop to look at em', the hard things is a bunch of simple things tied up in a big nasty knot. So here's to a week of untyin' knots.

Hi J.R. and the Hidden Flask,

I´m just stopping by to send a little encouragement from the scriptures - those verses just struck me tonite ... :-))

Therefore we do not loose heart! Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal...

It is God who has made us for this very purpose and has given us the spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come!!! (2. Cor 4,16 ff.)

Take courage and have a great week!!
Cheers and Blessings!
Arne

Tis that time my friends,

I smell the stale stench of stagnancy steamin' from my soul, and know that now, no nil number of nothead notions are gonna get my goat and grind my gears. For this is a week of movement dear ones. And this will prove to harken a brightness of change, and birth a barrel of hard handed hope. Keep on my friends.
