Yo son, how are things? I just moved to clairemont with my girl. I got my studio set up. Your more than welcome to come by and record or just jam. I've been rockin shows with some other muisicians for the last six or seven months. we just had a hip hop show at Voz Alta (some art gallery downtown) w/ Nicks buddy from East County.I forgot his name the short guy with a beard who spit some raps w Nickel Project way back.Anyways it was kinda dope. hey, good to hear from you man, all is well, im working onboard a submarine at the point loma sub/naval base(its crazy)and enjoying my summer so far.next year im planning to get a job in japan teaching english for a year... if everything goes right. how are things with you and the band?anything new? i see you have a show coming up at the HOB. maybe this time ill come and stay for the show.
HA! what music? Since I split from crazy pants I haven't done shit! I guess I did sit in w/ Mike Pinto & the Mashers for a couple songs on Sunday afternoon. BUt other than that... nothin. I have been practicing my ass off though (w/ a metronome for the first time ever) and that's going well. I just need to find some people of a similar musical mindset and of similar "caliper" to me. (cause I'm the man you know)Also... people who don't mind that I don't drive. That's a deal breaker sometimes.
