About me:

We are committed to training you in a way no other program can resulting in increased performance levels and obtaining goals. Our camps provide athlete’s quality training facilities and a skilled staff featuring current and former college and professional athletes along with experienced high school coaches.

True champions only have one mission on a wrestling mat. If your thinking about how tired you are, or what type of day you had in school while your wrestling, its a recipe for mediocrity. Our campers are trained to block out all the outside distractions that can lead to sub-par performance. They will leave us will a new confidence in their skills, and a tunnel vision approach to their lives.

Who I'd like to meet:

YOU!!

I just want to say thanks for all your help this past summer at your 28 day intensive camp it helped a lot this year. I returned this season with over 120+ takedowns and 48 season wins and I never got pinned. I finished off my junior season by placing 3rd in the state. Thanks for it all J.

"i did it"(2007), god i couldn't believe those words come out of my mouth the 28th of camp right after the misissippi 15. i made so many good friends there.and when ever i look back at this camp i want to go back so bad. and i remember how hard it was sometimes, but i just told myself " just a little bit more" "almost done" and finally when the session or workout was over i said thank god. and alls i wanted to do was go back into my HOT ASS room and try to get an hour or two of sleep before the next practice. the food didn't help alot either. lol. no offense minnesota state cafateria. and waking up every morning and running out to the wall by the elevators every morning to see what our day in hell was like, what morning run we had. if it was river stairs or jono run alls i said to my self was "F*** my life" lol and i knew it was go to be a tuff day. but i got through it. i got those positives.... and some negitives. but i pushed through and its all worth it. every night i would wish i was sleeping in my own bed. i would have given anything to go back home.... but i couldn't do that. i couldn't leave all my friends and let them all down. i stayed in those crappy bunks for 28 days, and put up with my annoying roomate. and in the end. it was all worth it. once i sliped into that t shirt i knew all my blood sweat and tears had gone to a good cause. j rob you changed my life, now i know when i'm wrestling or training and i feel like throwing up, i just tell myself "just a little bit more" "almost done". and i think about all those time at camp when i was at this point and i pushed through it. if i could do it then i could do it now. I DID IT.
