sports ... especially usc football! i love football most, but i also like soccer and lacrosse. i am also a terrible softball player. i dance (tap, ballet, jazz, modern, you name it). i sing and play guitar (haven't in a long time though). i do crafty things, like crochet and knit and bead jewelry. i like hanging out, having a drink, going to a club or bar, having a good time with friends. i like to gamble (i am the queen of betting pools ... and i love any card game that involves money). when i'm bored i putter around the internet.
Music
death cab for cutie, no doubt, coldplay, radiohead, blink-182, lots of rock and alternative, janet jackson, old school r&b, hip-hop and rap, something i can groove/dance to in a club, some classic rock, some oldies, some broadway, some college a cappella, and a lot of diverse things....
Movies
napoleon dynamite, office space, good will hunting, jerry maguire, chasing amy, dogma, pretty much all the kevin smith movies (except mallrats) ...
Television
good eats ... csi (the original) ... family guy ... chappelle's show ... mythbusters ... engineering disasters on the history channel ... seconds from disaster on the national geographic channel (yes, sounds sordid, but i am fascinated by anything that has to do with disaster and destruction) ... almost any football/baseball game that happens to be on ...

About me:
Fun-loving, sort of wacky gal. People think I'm nuts. Or crazy. Whatever. I love to hang out. I love sports. I love a lot of fun things. Drunkeness can be fun! (Ha.)
I'm from Guam. Really. Yes, I can speak English, I know what a dollar is, I didn't wear a grass skirt, I've only seen two snakes in my life, and I didn't live in a hut. Bleh.
Though I'm from that damn island, I consider California my semi-native state. I went to USC. I also lived in Tucson and Delaware and am in Sacramento now.

Also, check out the crafty things I make at my shop: Rosebud Designs! (New logo to come soon.)
Two final thoughts:
"Sin dolor, no sabes feliz."
(Or something like that. My Spanish isn't the greatest. Go look it up if you're not espanol inclined.)
And: "Believe in something because you believe in it, not because someone told you what to believe."
Think about that one.
Some days I feel like doing this to someone:
Who I'd like to meet: Old friends, relatives, people I haven't thought of in a billion years. Surprise me.
hey - we leave this friday the 22nd. we're in sd, the la, then sd again. just give us a call on july 2 sometime and let me know what time you'll be in town - here is the address for the hotel (it's 1/2 mile from petco park)

here is keith olberman's dumbest person in america for friday, april 6 - the guy suing me for personal injury is claiming he was a passenger in MY car. his lawyer told my insurance company that he was riding in my car when the accident happened. i dont know what else to say....

you know why i love this country? because the buttfucker who was riding in the back seat of the girl who murdered my altima last summer is suing me for personal injuries. never mind that the driver of the car's insurance paid all my bills and was also cited for failure to yieled while i was cited for nothing. never mind that im still walking around with bone chips in my hand. good luck jackass.
hey!i'm fantastic....hockey season is almost done (thank god....3-25-4, 34 goals in 32 games). melissa and i are moving in together, either in may or june, so i've been consuming myself with things for the apartment, along with the apartment itself. i'm so excited. we booked our trip to cali - we'll be in san diego june 22-24, anaheim the next day for disneyland and an angels game, spend a few days in santa monica with her friend tara (hit LA, all that jazz), and then head back to san diego to see my friend dave (we stayed with him last summer, but he has a big house now) before flying back july 3 (i had blackout dates on my flyer miles...but it made all that shit i went through last summer worth a free round trip ticket i guess). thats about all here - how you be? i saw you have a myspace site for your crafts now - how's that working out? hope all is well.
no worries - we won't be going to the all-star game, so i'm pretty sure we won't be out in cali that week. we're going to check the baseball schedules and work something out, i just wanted to get a general idea of your plans (yes it's january, i'm aware). one of her best friends lives in santa monica, so we will visiting her as well. we'll piece it together - you're the best tour gudie as far as hollywood goes, so it would be fun to have you come and meet up with us :)
hey - melissa and i are coming to cali this summer. when do you think you'll be taking vacation? we'd like to try and hit a few games, preferable in san francisco, but we also want to go to LA (you've never been opposed to that!). let me know what you start to think about that stuff! take care buddy....
