Once upon a time, two friends began soap making as a hobby to occupy their idle hands. After learning the ropes, the bars became gifts for friends and family. When they ran out of friends, they began making custom soaps as wholesale merchandise. They now produce their own unique recipes available for all to enjoy.
All our soaps are handmade in small batches in a cramped apartment kitchen. Every batch is meticulously crafted with enormous attention to detail, with each bar remaining a beautiful and unique snowflake.
Most bars are made 100% vegan for our earth and life conscious friends. Every batch is made with sensitive skin in mind; some batches are fragrance-free.
It’s well known that our natural recipes and traditional method creates soap far superior to mass-produced synthetics.
If you’ve never tried handmade soap before, the two of us are sure that you’ll cross over with your first lather of a jr bar.
okay so a few months ago at the cd release shows i bought like four bars of soup i think two were puppy love and the other two were scentless but i just ran out and i have to say....best soap ever.
Dude, it's so funny that the girl below me said something about Apples 2 Apples. I was actually thinking of making you guys play a game of it with me the next time I see you.
I know The Matches from a magazine interview. I know them from the E Von Dahl era. Been following them since then.
Now went to your Columbus show, bought soap. Loved it, now bought more online to use/store in my sock drawer (great place to store them, makes everything you own smell good until you use it), and will be buying some for family for the holidays.
Also, you guys shipped my order late and gave me a free scent free one, which is awesome.
Keep up the good work, both in making world class soap and amazing music.
I can not bring myself to use my bar of soap! I bought it months ago, and I just can't do it! I think I unwrapped it maybe once to show someone the actual bar, but that was it! I just like having it. Not to mention, if I leave it in a room, it makes everything smell really nice. :]
I cannot wait to get my hands -- and the rest of me, for that matter -- on some more of this superb soap. Or maybe it's the other way around. In any case, my bar vanished quickly, and now my showers are slightly less exciting.
Man, I was really trying to say the above statement such that it would not radiate construably suggestive innuendo. I dare say such a task is impossible. THE SOAP IS THAT DAMN GOOD.
In any case, I look forward to my next soap adventure.
Jon, just letting you know that Snow Cave is...heavenly.
The fragrance, that is. I'm afraid to use it as I don't want to lose the minty freshness that's currently lingering around my bedroom. So, thanks for bringing me the last bar at Brissie. I reckon this one's got to last till you come back to Aus, haha.
Word on the street is that it's going to cost $40 to make a Henry stamp to use on your soap bars... I'd happily pay that, and all 3 bars of your wonderful soap. I wish you'd ship to the UK. Very much so.
