My favorite movies include the Star Wars saga, Die Hard, the Star Trek films, Galaxy Quest, Ghostbusters, anything with Godzilla in the title, The Manchurian Candidate, Predator, and the Indiana Jones movies.Yes, I realize this list proves that I am a nerd. I can live with this.
Televizyon
I don't watch much TV anymore. The Internet is so much more engaging. I do make an exception for Chuck and Heroes on Monday nights, but that's about it.Back when I *was* watching TV regularly, my favorite shows included anything Star Trek, early seasons of the X-Files, MacGyver, and Babylon 5. Again, proof of my nerdhood.

I've fallen greatly behind on my pleasure reading of late. Most of the pleasure reading I *have* been doing has been related to Star Wars and/or roleplaying.Books I read before I fell behind include Guns, Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond; Entering Space by Robert Zubrin; and What Does a Martian Look Like? by Jack Cohen and Ian Stewart.

I'm just this guy, you know?I'm a recent graduate of California State University, Bakersfield, with a BA in Political Science.
I'm trying to figure out what to do with my life now that I've closed that particular chapter of it. In the meantime, I spend a lot of my spare time in front of a computer; they're remarkably addicting. I do sometimes escape it to read, watch TV, visit friends, or just get outdoors.

Seriously, I mostly use MySpace to keep in touch with people I already know; if I don't know you through some other means, there's a better-than-average chance I'm going to deny your friend request. However, if you DO know me from just about anywhere else, be you a current real-world friend, a long-lost school associate, or someone I know from one of my many online haunts, feel free to message me.
If you think you're the one who will be the exception to this rule, at the very least, you should message me first, and mention something specific about my profile in the process; otherwise, I'm likely to assume you're a bot on the prowl for a new webcam viewer or something, rather than a real human who actually wants to communicate with me.

Anyway, yeah, little thing like being able to eat without not vomiting are pretty awesome. My friend Brenda says I probably passed a stone during that time, which is good, but how many are left? With the help of my trusty boyfriend, and some research, I am trying some natural, herbal remedies that are supposed to help with this sort of thing. I hate taking pills of any sort, but if it might help... and its so much better then my mom's bright idea- she heard someone drank nothing but olive oil for several days and passed all their stones. Um... I'll pass on that! Eek! lol
I was skimming your profile while I was waiting for this to load up- you reminded me that I like Stolen Babies too. I had forgotten all about them. Thanks. :)
