I haven't picked up the uke from the PO yet (been busy working believe it or not!) but I don't think its the electric version. Bought a couple of books yesterday though, one a chord dictionary and the other a songbook with chord pictures. Looks like it should be quite easy to play (here's hoping). I'm thinking I might do a bit of busking with it. x
Oil City is the latest Julian Temple film about Dr Feelgood and Uncle Wilks is the star in it. Have been hearing all about it for the last couple of years so really excited to go and see it tonight. New guitar sounds interesting. Is that the one you're playing in the Grace video? I want to start learning the uke. Can you recommend a reasonably priced one to begin on?
I'm still busy with the Chacers and the albums nearly ready. Have been doing some lead vocals too which is something new to me. Check them out on our page (use the reverb nation player though).
Lee says you're going to see the Sex and Drugs film soon. Let me know what you think and watch out for us white badgers in the crowd scenes :-)
BTW have you seen your avatar yet? I tagged you but they sometimes take a while to come through. If not check out the Avatars album on my page and you'll see some familiar faces :-) Love and stuff Les x

Thank You, Johnny, everything's OK here. Haha, in Poland FGTH's "The Power of Love" seems to defeat Crosby;) But still You can try to win against them both :)
Good to hear from you John - a quatro eh? I'm currently lusting after a charango (similar tuning to uke, but very sweet harp/mandolin sound) have a friend going on a quest for me in Argentina at Christmas - hooray for new toys! ukemonkey
