About me:

Hello, and thank you for visiting! This page is dedicated to myself and my company. Unique Sounds is a full-time entertainment company. We focus on entertainment for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and bars/nightclubs. We are currently the preferred entertainment company for TGI Fridays in Birmingham, and you can catch out show down there on Thursday night. In the future, Unique Sounds will be a multi-system operation working out of multiple locations. It will be a few years before it gets to that point but it has grown very fast in the short time that I have been in business. I have so many big plans and dreams for my future and for the future of this company, and I know that I have the skills and insight to someday turn my big dreams into a reality.

I have been DJ'ing since I was about 14 years old. It started as a hobby just making mixtapes and always being the one to take full control of the radio at parties! At the age of 15 I bought my first mixer at Radio shack and used two home CD changers to mix between. I did a couple of parties with my absolutely ghetto equipment and started putting as much money as I could towards a real system. 10 years later I own my own company, and it is the fastest growing of it's kind in Alabama. I absolutely love working in the entertainment business and being able to meet all kinds of great new people with every job I do. My career is a huge passion of mine, and I will be somewhere in this line of work for the rest of my life!!

Now I guess I will tell you a little about myself. My name is Jimmy. Known in my line of work as Jimmy T. I am 25, and live in Chelsea, AL. My friends and family would describe me as a very honest, caring, and outgoing person. In my spare time when I am trying to take a break from my busy schedule I enjoy checking out a new movie, doing some shopping, catching up with friends, or just hanging around the house and enjoying the air conditioning in the summertime!

I was born and raised in Holyoke, Mass. I grew up in the ingleside section of Holyoke down the street from Dean tech and right next to "the park". I have many good friends from back home that I still stay in touch with to this day. I have also caught up with some people from my high school days thanks to myspace! I graduated from Holyoke High School in 2000, and began working various restaurant jobs; serving, bartending, and working in a management position, while building my first company, Jimmy T Entertainment.

I am very happy living in Alabama. I have accomplished so many things in the short time that I have been down here and have met some good friends, but I miss home very much!
