First set of questions I get ALL the frickin' time, goes something like this:
+ Where are you from?
o DC metro area.
+ No really, where are you from?
o Born in DC, raised the first part of my childhood in MD, second half in NoVA.
+ No REALLY, where are you from?
o (At this point, I feel I just have to help them out. haha.) If you mean, what's my HERITAGE,
my parents were raised in Taiwan, but born in China.
Some people are just clueless... lol. Anyway, with that out of the way... I often get asked what "J.T. stands for?" Simply put, it's short for my Mandarin name, which loosely translates into "high moral standards." YEAH, you HEARD me. *cheesy smile*
For some reason, muppets seem to take a liking to me... *scratches head*... o.O... meet some of my muppet friends...
... and actually, I choose not to rank or explicitly list my friends... *cough* stalker *cough*
If your name is Mr. Crunch, and you joined the Navy... would you eventually be Captain Crunch??
I'd like to meet Carrot Top's barber, people who actually laugh like "muahahaha" in real life, people who have chronic Asianitis, and people who stalk my profile.
IF YOU WANNA BE ADDED AS A "FRIEND," drop me a line FIRST and let's get to know each other a bit (props to those that say more than just "I wanna be friends"). After all, Miriam defines "friend" as a "person whom you know, like, and trust." Right on.
