Out on the newly founded label, Destroy All Concepts comes it's first release! Anarchy And Alchemy.
Dub Gabriel returned to the US in 2007 to complete the album, collaborating with musicians and producers in New York at Mix B Studio, James Iha's Stratosphere Studio and Scotty Hard's Greenpoint studio. He also traveled to California's Hyde Street and Prairie Sun to work with Oz Fritz (Tom Waits, Bill Laswell). During all of these sessions, he worked with Michael Stipe, Dr. Israel, Yo Majesty, the San Francisco Conservatory Orchestra and ME (juakali) amoung others. Solid bizness this!

Phat booming set from Matty G with his much anticipated long player for Argon Records sure to satisfy a few rumbling bass cravings in the dubstep fraternity.
TAKE YOU BACK a very useful set for the DJs, kicking out with three instrumental tracks swinging betwixt scratch tools and moody dawn ravers, before introducing a stream of vocal tracks from Ugene, Audio Angel and Luv Fyah. The final plate would have to be our favourite with the tracks featuring vocals from Juakali simply killing it, from the rolling subs on 'Rasta Dem nah run' to the album highlight '80's Crush' with a digi dancehall update with added sub pressure.

Sub Swara is Dhruva, Sunder, Haj, Juakali & Sharma-ji!

Pressure Dem 12" on Raw Fusion Rec. Decemeber '07

Cut up, re-paste and break it down! New York based Japanese producer Yellowtail, formally known as Hiro Awanohara, hits us up with his debut release on the Raw Fusion label. And what a debut! It has all those little finesses we like; raw, dirty, cut and paste beats with deep and sawed up bass lines. But not only that, we also get a fresh rhyme (Caribbean style!) by US based MC Juakali to make us get jump up on it! And folks, this is just the flipside
