Estudié en la Universidad de Cádiz y más tarde en Berklee College of Music.

Juan was born in Seville, Spain in 1976. He graduated from Cadiz University in 1998 and from Berklee College of Music in 2004.
He has performed in the USA, Japan, Phillippines, England, Ireland, France and Spain.
Currently Juan organizes the "Cádiz International Jazz Workshop" and teaches at a jazz program in Cádiz University. He recently released the aclaimed debut CD of the R&B/Neosoul band "Satya Project".
