I started my first band in September 2001. I actually met them in the recording studio (my first CD Holy Hands) and we went from there. We toured around Alberta for a few years. My bass player left, I continued on with a new bass player and continued to play around AB. In 2004 we recorded my CD Attitudes. This CD has earned me Four Christian music nominations, two Los Angeles Music nominations and the winner of two Toronto Exclusive Magazine Awards. In 2005 I wanted to test out touring on a large scale, I knew I couldn't aford to take my band so I went solo.
Christian Music Presenters has endorsed my ministry. I tour all over, mostly as a soloist but pick up musicians as needed. The past three years I have been touring full time in Canada and the United States with my husband Wayne and daughter Myrina. I have four CD's released and the fifth project is on the way. My audiences have included all types of music festivals, ambassador banquets, church's, other Christian and non-Christian venues, bars, nightclubs, TV and radio. Through CMP I performed at The White House, Washington DC, for The Pageant Of Peace and performed at Carnegie Hall NY with Steve Darmody at A Christmas Jazz Celebration. I arrange hymns, worship songs and compose my own music as well. I have recently been doing a lot of work with AngelAid, a charity for terminally ill children and children in a life threatening situation. Go to www.angelaid.com for more information.
