Wandering around the back streets of London writing dark and mysterious ditties. Then escaping to the country to reflect on geese and ghosts.
Jude's macabre and beautiful music and poetry has been compared to Marianne Faithful, P.J. Harvey, Nick Cave, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Cocteau Twins, Lee Hazlewood and Kate Bush.
An eccentric English chanteuse, she draws on the decadent imagery of art history to fuel her peculiar craft. Wielding a satirical knife she slices open the flagging body of blues and folk traditions to tickle and amuse its still beating heart.

Hi Jude - good to hear from you. 'To America' is still on my favourite CDs list and still frequently being played!
I liked Waterhouse studios so much I went back and recorded some stuff with the band I was in at the time.
Musicwise, I'm searching for likeminded musicians but haven't found them yet. In the meantime, I'm doing a bit of synth noodling and writing stuff on guitar and mandolin - folky/jazzy/heavy - basically whereever the muse takes me...
Morning Jude..lovely to hear from you and hope your well today. The weather has been really crap...my sister wasnt so lucky on the street she lives in..the water had built up almost like a river up to her runway gates..luclkily her house didnt get flooded out and the street was drained later that day...its a bad part of the town where we live because her street is so flat.
The weather over the weekend was hell..especially saturday.me and the kids just stayed in the sunday. This morning its looking good.
I wish you a great day and hopefully catch up with your later xoxo

mademoiselle jude! always a pleasure hearing from you!! how are things on your side? well, music is a child that demands a lot of care and time, which i don't have a lot left of at the moment- in my attempt to finish my studies... but i'm working on my drawings, which is rewarding as well... what about you? oh, and thanx for the compliments on my grean-blue blouse...i made it myself.
