    This is why Sista Gurl do what we do, we are not afraid to talk about molestation.  The staff of Sista Gurl was out spending the word of awareness about molestation. When some people hear what we have to say, they claim up, they didn’t want to hear anymore and walk away. Neatness to say most of those people who walk away have children somewhere nearby. There was one person who touched my heart that day. After a mother walked away from our booth a little girl I believed to be the woman’s daughter. She have to be somewhere around the age of 9 to 11.  She stopped and asked me “what does molestation means?’  I give her a quick answer where I hope she understood where I was coming from. I replied “molestation mean when someone touch you where it make you feel uncomfortable “.The little girl gave such a disgusting look. We was blown away that she never hear of the word molestation or she didn’t know what it meant. I say all of this to say, parents please take time to talk to your babies about this topic, MOLESTATION. Those talks may save your children’s life. If you have any comments please feel free to express yourself.

We may NOT like our situation (and in MOST cases "we" WON'T), BUT, because WE "Are CHRISTIANS"; because we are a "Chosen Generation; because we are a Royal Priesthood; because we are a Holy Nation and a Peculiar People"...WE... "SHOULD"... LOVE...GOD and WE...MUST...TRUST..."HIS"...WILL FOR, OUR LIVES!

    The Bible says "And going a little further, He threw Himself upon the ground on His face and prayed saying, My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from Me, nevertheless, not what I will [not what I desire], but as You will and desire" (Matt.26:39 AMP).

    The Bible also says "For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome" (Jer.29:11 AMP).

    Is that where the phrase "Trusting God's Purposes" came from......Hmmm?!!?

    Thank you for the FcBk link about MJ & the Crouch family. GOD is good, yes all the time. I really pray peace over the WHOLE situation. People with wrong and/or ill intent need to just leave him alone (i guess pun intended by the way). For those who truly wish & mean him well, I pray this brings a joy and calm over their hearts. I know it did mine.

    Have a "HAPPY FATHER'S" day...........
    Father ?  What does that one simple word mean? By it's self, not much, just another word. But when you add a child to the mix one gets a whole new twist on the word FATHER. A father is one who has  nourished a seed with love, wisdom and warmth. He has been a provider, guidance counselor and friend. Many times he has had to be harsh, stubborn and aggressive- but those times it was more likely to have been out of love and concern, the desire to protect his, from all harm. Are you a Father?
    We know, it takes a man, a real "MAN" to be a father- the job is not for everyone,  we have seen seeds that were improperly handled and the seed was unable to grow to it's full potential. I believe "YOU" are that MAN if you can say- "I gave it my all, with the power's that were vested in me". To plant a seed does not necessarily mean to impregnate, to be a Father one has but to give ones all to a child, to assist that child in some meaningful way in becoming the best he/she can be.
    Remember....live every day to the fullest. Each minute is a blessing from God. And never forget....children make a difference in our lives, they are our future.
    If you see a child without a smile today give them one of yours! Live simply. Love seriously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.

        Today's Word with
                 PASTOR JAMES TILLMAN  
    Uncompromising Faith.          
     
    David said in Psalms 37:25, "I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread." 
     
    In the face of uncertainty you will build your faith by dwelling on the Word of God.  When you do, something will change on the inside of you.  A confidence in God will stir up and unleash a powerful, unstoppable force.  David possessed that unstoppable force because of his uncompromising faith in God.  Nothing could change his belief in God's faithful and loving nature.  No matter what David faced he was certain he would not face it alone. 
     
    In 1 Samuel 17:45, "David said to the Philistine, 'You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defiled.  This day the Lord will hand you over to me, and I will strike you down.'"  David did not run at Goliath with his mouth shut.  He spoke to the giant and told him exactly what was going to happen, before he ever threw the first stone. 
     
    The determining factor in what you have is not what others say, but what you say.  Jesus taught us in Mark 11:23 that if we would speak to our mountain and not doubt in our heart, the mountain would be removed.  Imagine what is on the other side of your mountain.  David knew on the other side of defeating Goliath was honor, wealth and favor.  But greater than all these, the people gathered there would know that it is not by sword or spear but the Lord that is mighty to save.       
     
    Be encouraged today, whatever "Giant" you may be facing know that God is with you.  When we have uncompromising faith in God and in the promises of His Word, our faith will cause us to win in any circumstance.  Smith Wigglesworth said, "I am not moved by what I see. I am moved only by what I believe
