We are a 5 piece indie pop band from Walkern/Stevenage in Herts. who play unpretentious 3 minute indie pop songs for people to dance to.
Formed in the leafy village of Walkern, we've been together since the summer of 2006 and in that time have been working hard writing, rehearsing and playing gigs across the country.
Aside from going on tour with The Rifles in March 2009, since forming, we have played support slots for The WOMBATS, The Metros, Pete And the Pirates, Kid British, Underground Heroes, Imperial Leisure and Operahouse as well as an impromptu support to James Skelley of The Coral!
Other highlights include selling out The Fly on Tottenham Court Road and the Camden Barfly, playing twice at ULU and getting across the country to venues in Liverpool (Carling Academy), Brighton (Freebutt), Leicester (Charlotte) and Stoke.
We released our debut demo EP 'Kitcheners Lane' in late 2007 and are set to follow that up with our second release, 'Lo & Behold' in 2009.
In late 2008 we won the Xfm Uploaded unsigned bands competition netting us a showcase gig at MUSEXPO Europe 08 where we played to an audience of music industry professionals along with other UK acts like Cocknbullkid and The Boxer Rebellion as well as the cream of crop from across Europe.
