Julia LaShae and her jazz combo perform at many private functions, as well as some of the finest hotels and restaurants in throughout America. She can be seen regularly in New Orleans, Austin, San Antonio, and throughout the Gulf South.
In her other life as an actress, she has appeared in television shows and on the big screen in feature films including "Tempted" starring Burt Reynolds, "The Life of David Gale" starring Kevin Spacey, "Love Liza" starring Philip Seymour Hoffman, "Because of Winn Dixie" starring Jeff Daniels, "Last Holiday" starring Queen Latifah, and the recently released "Deja Vu" starring Denzel Wahington.

I should have used the elephant. I've been stuck at the LA airport for 24 hours due to cancelled flights. I'm going to miss the Mystik den gig. Delta airlines...we get you there or we get you close. ek
I will be returning on the morning of April 5th (not by elephant) and may try and catch a Mystic Den set. Laura says hi. We ate at that chinese restaurant you liked in Kuala Lumpur. It was great. ek

Hope your gig in Deridder goes well. I have always had this thing for beautiful red headed ladies that can sing the way you do. OH MY! You are the bomb!
