Juliana Nash was the singer/songwriter for the 1990's Boston band "Talking to Animals" - members of Talking to Animals included:
Greg Porter (bass), Thomas Juliano (guitar), Jay Bellerose (drums), Mike Levesque (drums). Talking to Animals were signed to Columbia records and then the now defunct Velvel records.
She now plays out now under her own name and members of her new band include:
Greg Porter (bass), Thomas Juliano (gtr), Jason Crigler (gtr), Duke Levine (gtr), Paul Bryan (bass), Mike Levesque (drums), Jay Bellerose (drums), Tony Mason (drums).
Juliana's 6 song EP is titled "Juliana Nash" and she also has a children's CD titled "Build me a Boat" both available at www.cdbaby.com, and I tunes.
After Talking to Animals broke up Juliana moved to Brooklyn to start the popular music venue/bar "Pete's Candy Store" with a friend. In 2004 she moved out of NYC with her husband and 2 children. She now teaches a playgroup in Sag Harbor at the "Goat on a Boat" puppet theatre. She is currently co-writing a musical puppet show for children called "Vegetable's Destiny" and writing songs for a play with the NY playwright Courtney Baron.

The Craic Festival 2009 has invited FairplayCollective to play at this years Festival. All members will be playing in the round. The show is at The Mercury Lounge, March 14th at 8pm. This is the last night of the festival and Foy Vance is also on the bill.
