ALBUM RELEASE PARTY SECRET SHOW
Julian and his band played a secret show at Spaceland in LA last night to celebrate the record release. How did you celebrate? Anyone who throws a record release party in their home town and sends a photo of the soiree to info@cultrecords.com will be entered to win tickets and VIP passes when Julian plays your city.
LUXURY EDITION DELUXE SET
As part of the release of PHRAZES FOR THE YOUNG, Julian is offering a luxury edition deluxe set, which includes:
- a 48 page classically bound storybook containing original and exclusive artwork, full album lyrics, B-side lyrics, "phrazes" and photographs. Each leather bound book will be personally signed by Julian.
- a DVD containing solo acoustic performances by Julian, an interview, the album trailer, and the video for "11th Dimension"
- 2 CDs: CD 1 will contain the full-length album and CD 2 will five song demos from the album and three B-sides (demos available only in the luxury edition)
- a 180 gram vinyl LP of the album

PHRAZES FOR THE YOUNG will be released on November 2 in the UK and November 3rd in the US. To celebrate the release, Julian will play a special series of shows every Friday night in November in Los Angeles. Show details will be announced here shortly.
PUBLIC PERFORMANCE DEBUT IN TOKYO
On August 31st, Julian Casablancas will unveil his new album "PHRAZES FOR THE YOUNG" at a special live engagement. The one night only event will take place at the Duo Music Exchange in Tokyo, Japan. Julian will be joined by a six-piece live band to perform music from his debut record before its release. Tickets go on-sale August 22nd. Click here for tickets.
