JULIE CHOW is a singer/songwriter who divides her time in Singapore and San Francisco. She has four independently-released, self-produced albums: WHEN DESIRES COLLIDE (2001), THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT TONIGHT (2002), MOMENTARILY DISREPLACED (2003), and WHEEL OF FORTUNE (OR, NARCISSUS & THE ECHO) (2004), with music that ranges from soft vocals with acoustic guitar and piano to layered harmonies and sonic experimentation.
