Looking up into the dark sky through my loft window, I was surprised to see a beautifully formed crescent moon shining strong.
The window perfectly framed the masterpiece, and I just had to sit on my steps below and stare in wonder.
God paints so many spectacular creations for us to enjoy.
Each morning I wake up, pull the drapes and face the sunrise.
As I read the Words from God, I lift my eyes periodically to ponder its meaning and enjoy the scene and feel in awe of his greatness.
Feelings we experience while enjoying nature are a reflection of God's thoughts toward us.
When we compare nature to God, God outshines all of it's amazing wonder.
God is holy, beautiful, light and love.
His mercies are expressed through the acts of nature he displays for me and you.
Why not enjoy a sunset today and while you do, think of him who loves you and is communicating his care for you through nature's beauty?

God, you make your advances toward us every day, but rarely do we respond.
Nature was meant to draw us into worship; was meant to spur us to respond to your expressions of love.
Help me not ignore your messages to me and help me to respond in worship.

About me:
I married the greatest guy ever twenty eight and a half years ago!! He's an amazing husband and dad! I am CRAZY about him. He is the real deal. He loves God, his family and the Church! People think he's a quiet, serious guy...he's not! LOL All I can say is, it's just fun being married to your best friend.
We live in Khon Kaen Thailand with two of our four amazing kids! We have a church in Khon Kaen called Sai Thaan Chiwit (River of Life). We also travel and visit other churches in Thailand, SriLanka and other Asian nations.

We have the most wonderful kids ever!!! Our first, Isaac is 25 years old! I can't believe it! He is a missionary in Thailand also and his last assignment was in Phanga Province, starting new churches among the Burmese.
Janie is the sweetest thing!! She is 23, and attending West Florida University in Pensacola. She is also working at our mission – Globe International.
Josiah is 19 and is here in Thailand with us, in and out of the house; back and forth between here and Bangkok. After finishing high school, he still had PLANS. He has been discovered by a Thai record producing company and they are helping him record his second album, but the first on the market. They are also hoping to get it out into the secular market in Thailand. The music is not something anyone over 25 would understand. But the target audience is Thai youth.
Our youngest is our adorable Rachel. She is 13 and we are still homeschooling with her. She has been such a blessing to Bill and me especially as all the other kids are leaving the nest one by one.
I love my life! We are extremely blessed. God is so good. Thank you Father for your extreme favor and blessing.
