Interests

  • Music

I like music! If I can sing it like I'm a rock star, dance to it like I'm the best dancer in the world, or annoy someone with it, I usually like it. I really like listening to new things so if you know of some obscure band that doesn't suck, you should tell me about it and I'll look them up.
  • Movies

I like movies! My favoritest movie is The Wizard of Oz. I prefer comedies/drama's, but I'm not opposed to weird movies or horror. Girly romance movies are ok sometimes... their main problem is that they are usually too unrealistic or predictable. I like movie recommendations too as I am always looking to expand my film knowledge.
  • Television

For someone who is going to school for Television/Film, I really don't like or watch too much TV. I do like watching some shows, but not very many. Show's from the 90's that play on Nick at Nite can catch my attention. And I love watching the Discovery channel!
  • Books

I like reading! I don't have a genre I like in specific. If I can keep turning pages, I like it. I have a weird habit though: if I've read a book, I have to keep a copy for myself. Thus, I am on a mission to own every book I've ever read. If you know some good books (preferably in a series) tell me about it!

About me:

My name is Julie.
I'm 22, and I live in California.

I have a husband, and his name is Ryan. We recently got married, and it was the best day of my life. He rocked my socks right off and now he won't give them back. Dirty thief! We have a unique story, ask me about it sometime. =)

I moved a lot when I was younger because I'm a military brat. I've been to six elementary schools, three middle schools and two high schools. I remember a lot of people from my past so chances are if I knew you back in the day I'd probably remember you now and you should message me to say hi, especially if I didn't like you and you're fat and ugly now with five babies and a fast-food job. =)

I'm going to college for my AA in Film & Television and Communications. After I get them, I'll get the hell out of my school and... do something different.

I like to play video games even I'm not very good at most of them. I'm pretty good with "girl games" like platformers, puzzles, RPG adventure games and most Mario Karts but I get my ass kicked with most fighting games, first person shooters and racing. I don't do the WoW thing though. I find that most WoW players don't have a life, and I rather enjoy mine.

My friends: they are awesome. They give me an excuse to ignore my homework and do something fun. They are good for finding a Family Guy reference for almost everything. They are also good for standing around in a circle talking in the freezing cold in front of a building.

I'm on messengers a lot when I'm not with friends, so feel free to ask me for my IM. I don't feel like posting my screen names here, but I have one for AIM, Yahoo and MSN so just ask.

Who I'd like to meet:

I really don't mind meeting new people, I just tend not to like them.
