With a voice "like butter" and melancholy melodies, actress/singer/songwriter Juliet Strong touches audiences with her depth of sound and lilting lyrics. An Oakland native, Juliet has a background in Folk, Classical and Jazz piano and voice. She received her Bachelor's of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Oregon in 2005, where she studied with Milagro Vargas. Juliet has been seen on stages in Oregon and California with Oregon Festival of American Music, California Shakespeare Theatre, Shotgun Players, A Travelling Jewish Theatre, and in Yosemite National Park. She has received actor training at the University of Oregon, California Shakespeare School of Theatre and Berkeley Rep School of Theatre. Juliet currently resides in Oakland and teaches private voice and piano lessons to students of all ages.
