My interests are pretty diversified... During my down time I like to read. And I'm always interested in what my girls are doing and who they are hanging out with - gotta keep that communication open! Other than that, I like talking to friends - especially my 2 best friends, Becky & Missy - when I can get them to return a phone call that is! LOL
I also enjoy getting together with the rest of my family - I'm one of those strange people who LOVE family reunions! Don't get to spend as much time with them as we use to. You know how it is... the family grows and people have their own lives to live. I have a HUGE family. 3 brothers & 1 sister. 9 nieces & nephews & at last count I had 23 great nieces & nephews. Then there are my in-laws... I love my mother and father in-law and the rest of them are pretty alright too.
Other interests are just whatever happens to be going on at the time. I'm pretty flexible and very un-structured most of the time. I like to be a "fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants" kinda girl! Which is a good thing because with Kevin and the girls - you never know when you might have to pick up and GO!!!
Music
OH, I love music! It's always been a big part of my life. I can't carry a tune in a bucket, but I'll SANG my heart out... in the car, in the house - where ever it's playin! I listen to a wide variety of music... love oldies, especially 70's stuff. I also listen to anything from country to hip hop and everything in between! I love to dance around the house with my girls and the babies I watch too. I love to "shake my groove thang".
Movies
I love watching movies... I'd prefer going to the theatre and doing the whole "popcorn, candy, coke deal" but when funds are low, I'd just as well do the blockbuster thang or catch something on cable. I'll watch pretty much anything... just ask Kevin. Love Stories, Comedy's, Drama, Suspense and even a few horror flicks too. Some of my all time favorites are... Steel Magnolias, Fried Green Tomatoes and almost anything with John Travolta or Johhny Depp

and Days of Our Lives and I LOVE the Lifetime Movie Chanel... can't stay away from those cheesy love stories!
Books
I read alot! I mostly read trashy Romance Novels; but, I'll read pretty much anything... I really like Nora Roberts and Nicholas Sparks.
Heroes
My children, my husband, my mother and God (not necessarily in that order).
My girs because they teach me something every day - I have learned what unconditional love really means and they make me want to be the best that I can be for them.
My husband because he has shown me a love unlike any I have ever known. We share laughter, tears and love. He is also my best friend and companion.
My mother because she has taught me how to be a loving and giving person. She showed me that mothers have the most important job in the world and that job doesn't stop when your children are grown.
And God because HE teaches us love, patience and forgiveness.

Between us we have 3 beautiful girls that keep us constantly on the go! Our girls are all unique and special and we are SO very proud of each of them! They make good grades, wise choices and they are why we get up every day and what makes life worth living! We love hangin out with our girls and their friends. Sometimes it feels like we have 20 kids instead of just 3 but we love it! When we don't have the girls, it's pretty quiet around here but that's nice sometimes too - LOL!
Anyone who knows me knows that I am pretty laid back most of the time. I am very trusting, giving & loving with my family and friends. I love to laugh and play around with my girls, my husband and my friends. I have made many friend over the years and still keep in touch with most of them. I have 2 of THE BEST FRIENDS in the ENTIRE world in Becky & Missy. We have been through hell and back again and our love for each other is stronger today than it was when we were kids. I know that no matter what happens - those 2 will always be a constant in my life! I love them! And they love each other - which is just an extra bonus to me!
I also like to read, listen to music, spend time with my family. My favorite color is green and my favorite flower is the yellow rose. I am basically pretty happy with my life in general. I always see the glass as half full rather than half empty.
