Sounds LikeThe Cars being taught by John Lennon and Tom Petty that 80's Synth was a shocking mistake, better to get right to the heart of the matter. But of course with that English charm and sensibilty that often lacks.....these days.

The Jump Pilots were a band who played locally round Guildford and London from early 2006 {March 15th 1st gig at the star Guildford}to February 2008 {last gig 24th February The Boileroom Guildford}. Members included: Alex Winter-Guitars B.V's Stuart Smith-Drums B.V's Steve Samuels-Bass William Porteous-Guitar vocals James Sacha-Bass B.V's Although the band never hit thier stride, radio plays in Dresden and Frieburg gave them some spark. X-fm first played "Dennis Wise" in the late summer of 2006. Dennis Wise was the bands most popular song. The "opus demo" was recorded in July of 2005 with Mark Pearne {The le Brocks}filling in on bass and some guitar parts. Holly Czuchnicki also did some backing vocals on "Dennis Wise". "Brothers in bangkok" was the "other song" that accompanied Dennis Wise. Songs the band had: I used to know Josie The Joker Brother of bangkok Dennis Wise Dance with me The groove song Wasting all my time {How fucking relevant?} Best laid plans Private army Look away Doing Alright It isn't easy Friends William is said to be seaking new musicians to carry on but under a different name. 2008 onwards......

SOUL DESTRUCTION

Jun 29 2009 4:05 PM

Thanks for supporting Soul Destruction.

Described as: 'like Soulfly if Trent Reznor were part of the band,' their debut album "There's No Profit in Truth", mixes the pent up frustration of acts such as Rage Against The Machine with the raging, highly charged riffs of classic Machine Head. Good, honest, politically aware and highly charged Metal at its best...

Hellooo you don't seem to get many comments so I am here to help!

WOOOOH!

I'm Julie, how do ya do.

I saw you guys supporting Glasvegas, and when I was there i was like. OMG YOU GUYS SOUND LIKE OKGO.

=P

You guys were cool.

Plus aren't you guys from guildford anyway?

I'm from Woking.. orginally scotland tho so i sound well weird when I say Brown, about, ground etc.

=P

I'm cool.

Lol.

And I think all my hyperness is going into this comment and you'll probs really freak out reading this. But... it will like remember me as the hyper girl.

OOOH! I'm a drummer, Just got my drum kit today.. =) it just fit into the guest bedroom and I'm dead proud of it. =)
I'm in a band myself, we only play at Woking Youths Art Centre for now, but we're getting better. I write the songs for my band. Www. myspace. com/thosegirlsmusic

Now i feel like an advert.

I should have made this into loads of little comments but nevermind, it'll be cool just to look on your myspace and have a super super long comment won't it?

Anyway, I may add one of your songs to my profile soon. Hmm which one?

ANYWAY, comment back it's only polite man.
